Known as the “tea of the gods” in some cultures, Yerba Maté contains vitamins A, C, E, thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), and pantothenic acid (B5). All of our teas are loose leaf and come in sealed pouches. The bag sizes indicate how many cups of loose-leaf you can order: 1/2, 1, 3, or 5 cups of loose leaf. For reference, you'd use 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8oz cup of hot water, or 1/3 cup of loose leaf tea per gallon. For making large quantities, we recommend making a concentrate via a French press, then diluting to desired amount of tea.
